So, I will tell you some tips  how to lose weight in a week , I lost 4kg in 5 days, so this is only for the people who need to lose weight fast and some tips to lose weight fast on not getting yo-yo effect. I have decided to publish 5 days diet only for you. ;)

If you spend some time on exercising at home and also go for a walk in the morning and the evening then such kind of activities can also help you in the best way in this regard. I go for a walk three times per week, 1 hour, Slowly but burning 480 kcal ;)

 Some people think that there is no benefit of walking in the evening and morning for losing weight but they are absolutely wrong. These kinds of weight-loss tips are quite helpful for losing weight. One of my friends got a slim body and he has done this simply by walking. It is the best exercise that everyone can easily perform without facing any difficulty. Of you want to take off pounds then you will have to work hard.
You should avoid using any kind of junk food because it is responsible for over weight. It is better to take some healthy food that helps in burning the fats and provides your body all the necessary nutrition.

So here is diet I used to lose weight really fast, it is named THE EGG DIET




HOW IT WORKS
The Egg Diet is a low carbohydrate diet that works by nutritional fasting. Nutritional fasting is where you cease eating certain, but not all, nutrients. In this diet, the only nutrients that we cannot consume are carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the fuel for fat cells. By eating unlimited quantities of eggs, steak, cheese, and other foods that are low or void of carbohydrates, we can starve ourselves of fat fuel.
Normally, when you eat carbohydrates, they are reduced to a simple sugar called glucose. In addition to your fat cells, all the other cells in your body also burn glucose. Excess glucose that is not used by the other cells is converted to fat and stored in the fat cells. When you don't eat enough carbohydrates to keep all your normal non-fat cells happy, your body has no choice but to start pulling from its fat reserves and converting the fat back into glucose. The important thing to remember is that this happens even if you have been stuffing yourself full of steak, cheese and eggs. Knowing this, we can lose fat while eating all we want of low carbohydrate foods.

The Egg Diet


The basis of this diet is chemical, not quantities. It claims you can lose a stone in a week if followed exactly. Do not follow this diet for more than a week at a time.
Allowed drinks: Black coffee, black tea, lemon tea, grapefruit juice, tonic water, soda water and tap water (unlimited amounts).
Salad consists of: Lettuce, tomato and celery only.

Day 1

Breakfast:         1 slice of dry toast and grilled tomatoes
Lunch:                Any amount of fresh fruit
Dinner:               2 hard boiled eggs, salad and grapefruit

Day 2

Breakfast:         Grapefruit and 1 boiled egg
Lunch:                Roast chicken (any amount) and tomatoes
Dinner:               Grilled steak and salad

Day 3

Breakfast:         Grapefruit and 1 boiled egg
Lunch:                2 hard boiled eggs and salad
Dinner:              2 grilled lamb chops, celery and cucumber

Day 4

Breakfast:         1 slice of dry toast and 2 poached eggs
Lunch:                Any amount of fresh fruit
Dinner:               2 grilled lamb chops, celery and cucumber

Day 5

Breakfast:        1 slice of dry toast and 2 poached eggs
Lunch:               2 poached eggs and tomatoes
Dinner:              Fresh or tinned fish and salad

Day 6

Eat normally 

Day 7

Eat normally

Special notes:

  • Refrain from all foods not included above
  • No substitutes allowed
  • Eat only what is shown or do without
  • No eating between meals
  • No alcoholic drinks, milk, butter, oil or fat
